Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy and Content Management

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Plan and schedule content, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual aesthetics.

Visual Content Creation

• Leverage your creative flair to design eye-catching graphics, visuals, and videos using in-app editing tools, Photoshop, Figma, and Canva.
• Craft engaging copy that resonates with our target audience, driving brand awareness and customer engagement.

Community Engagement and Social Listening

• Proactively engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful connections with followers.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to join relevant discussions.

Analytics and Optimization

• Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics and analyze data insights.
• Continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven findings to maximize reach and impact.

Collaboration and Campaign Integration

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
• Conceptualize and execute social media campaigns that align with our brand objectives and boost campaign effectiveness.

Trend Awareness and Innovation

• Stay abreast of social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Implement innovative approaches to engage our audience and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content creation.
• Proficiency in in-app editing tools, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and Canva.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to use data to inform strategy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• A passion for creativity and innovation, with a strong sense of brand aesthetics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
