Are you a creative and talented Social Media Manager seeking an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact? Join our dynamic marketing agency and play a vital role in extending our marketing services, primarily social media management, to our diverse network of partners, including schools and community centers.
As a Social Media Specialist, you will have the unique opportunity to shape our online presence and engagement across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Showcase your exceptional skills in in-app editing, Photoshop, Figma, and Canva, while crafting compelling content that drives brand success.
Base salary: 600 – 1100$/month
Social Media Strategy and Content Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Plan and schedule content, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual aesthetics.
Visual Content Creation
- Leverage your creative flair to design eye-catching graphics, visuals, and videos using in-app editing tools, Photoshop, Figma, and Canva.
- Craft engaging copy that resonates with our target audience, driving brand awareness and customer engagement.
Community Engagement and Social Listening
- Proactively engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful connections with followers.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to join relevant discussions.
Analytics and Optimization
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics and analyze data insights.
- Continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven findings to maximize reach and impact.
Collaboration and Campaign Integration
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
- Conceptualize and execute social media campaigns that align with our brand objectives and boost campaign effectiveness.
Trend Awareness and Innovation
- Stay abreast of social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Implement innovative approaches to engage our audience and maintain a competitive edge.
- Brand Voice and Consistency
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media channels, reflecting our company values and mission.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content creation.
- Proficiency in in-app editing tools, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and Canva.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to use data to inform strategy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- A passion for creativity and innovation, with a strong sense of brand aesthetics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
