The Enumerator will support field‑based monitoring and data collection activities. Enumerators will support activity, process, and results monitoring across multiple programme areas, including construction‑related activities, Non‑Food Item (NFI) distributions, health activities, multipurpose cash assistance, and other humanitarian interventions, in line with approved monitoring plans.

Вони підтримуватимуть моніторинг діяльності, процесів та результатів у кількох програмних сферах, включаючи діяльність, пов’язану з будівництвом, розподілом непродовольчих товарів (НПТ), охороною здоров’я, багатоцільовою грошовою допомогою та іншими гуманітарними інтервенціями, відповідно до затверджених планів моніторингу.

• Identify appropriate respondents and information sources in line with approved monitoring tools;

• Conduct interviews, observations, and verification visits in accordance with agreed methodologies;

• Enter collected data accurately into approved data collection systems or templates;

• Conduct basic quality checks on completed questionnaires prior to submission;

• Adhere strictly to data protection, confidentiality, and informed consent requirements;

• Comply with Staff Standards of Conduct, Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), and accountability principles;

• Safeguard all equipment, materials, and information entrusted;

• Perform other related duties as required for the successful implementation of monitoring activities.

Performance and Deliverables

Performance will be assessed based on:

• Timeliness and completeness of assigned data collection tasks;

• Data quality and adherence to agreed methodologies;

• Compliance with ethical, data protection, and security requirements;

• Professional conduct and communication.

• Визначати відповідних респондентів та джерела інформації відповідно до затверджених інструментів моніторингу;

• Проводити інтерв'ю, спостереження та перевірочні візити відповідно до узгоджених методологій;

• Точно вносити зібрані дані до затверджених систем збору даних або шаблонів;

• Проводити базові перевірки якості заповнених анкет перед їх поданням;

• Суворо дотримуватися вимог щодо захисту даних, конфіденційності та інформованої згоди;

• Дотримуватися Стандартів поведінки персоналу, принципів запобігання сексуальній експлуатації та насильству (PSEA) та підзвітності;

• Забезпечувати безпеку всього довіреного обладнання, матеріалів та інформації;

• Виконувати інші пов'язані обов'язки, необхідні для успішного впровадження моніторингової діяльності.

Виконання та результати

Виконання буде оцінюватися на основі:

• Своєчасності та повноти доручених завдань зі збору даних;

• Якості даних та дотримання узгоджених методологій;

• Дотримання етичних вимог, вимог щодо захисту даних та безпеки;

• Професійної поведінки та комунікації.

Field Enumerator will be reporting to his/her direct supervisor

• High school diploma with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience

or

• Bachelor’s degree with at least one (1) year of relevant experience (social sciences, law, international relations, or development studies preferred);

• Prior experience with data collection, assessments, or monitoring activities with NGOs, UN agencies, or local authorities is an asset;

• Familiarity with mobile data collection tools (e.g. Kobo Toolbox) is strongly preferred;

• Experience supporting focus group discussions (FGDs) or qualitative interviews is an asset;

• Strong understanding of the humanitarian and emergency response context in Ukraine;

• Ability to work independently under challenging field conditions.

• Диплом про повну загальну середню освіту з мінімум двома (2) роками відповідного досвіду роботи

або

• Ступінь бакалавра з принаймні одним (1) роком відповідного досвіду роботи (бажано соціальні науки, право, міжнародні відносини або дослідження розвитку);

• Попередній досвід збору даних, оцінювання або моніторингової діяльності з неурядовими організаціями, агентствами ООН або місцевими органами влади є перевагою;

• Знайомство з мобільними інструментами збору даних (наприклад, Kobo Toolbox) є великою перевагою;

• Досвід підтримки фокус-групових дискусій (FGD) або якісних інтерв'ю є перевагою;

• Глибоке розуміння гуманітарного контексту та контексту реагування на надзвичайні ситуації в Україні;

• Здатність працювати самостійно у складних польових умовах.
