The Information Management Officer is part of the Programme Department and reports to the Project manager Data Management duties and responsibilities • Preparing and sorting documents for data entry • Entering data into a database system, and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted • Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents • Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan • Prepare data entry reports when needed • Follow up and data entry as requested by the manager • Support field staff in preparing data processed • Further to proper check-ups enter on daily basis all data into external partners and internal database • Be available to take part in meetings organized in the office as per management request • Coordinate with the team about all data entry documents ( attendance sheets and scoring ) • Visits to the field when necessary Knowledge and Experience Degree in social sciences or a related field; At least 2 years of relevant employment experience; Experience in projects focusing on child protection / psychosocial support/education (institutional funding preferred); Previous experience working with children/refuges/vulnerable populations; Previous experience with community-based programming preferred; Demonstrated experience in managing people; Demonstrated experience in managing budgets; Knowledge and experience with monitoring systems; Skills and Competencies Strong communication skills; Fluency in Arabic; Strong spoken and written English skills, including demonstrated reporting ability; Demonstrated people management skills; Demonstrated financial management skills; Flexibility; Cultural sensitivity; Attention to detail with strong follow-up; Team-oriented, with the ability to work efficiently independently; Proficient in Microsoft Office - word processing, spread sheets, etc. إشترك في قناتنا على تيليجرام و صفحتنا على فيسبوك ليصلك أحدث فرص العمل والوظائف الشاغرة.
