The Life Skills Educator, will handle the responsibility of planning and conducting the Life Skills course to youth between 15 - 24 years old in order for them to develop basic interpersonal skills. Main tasks are: To develop and deliver course plans in line with quality standards, as coordinated with the supervisor. To prepare weekly/monthly work plans and progress report, adhering to quality standards. To cooperate and to work closely with other educators to improve delivery and ensure smooth work process. To track students’ progress, attendance, and prepare back-up plans for students facing challenges and drop outs. To prepare tests, worksheets, and other activities as delegated by the supervisor. To support in promoting for the youth program through outreach activities. To coach the youth while planning and executing their social initiatives and business startups. Qualifications Required Requirements Practical experience for at least two years in facilitating Life Skills sessions pertaining to personal development skills that focus on raising the self-confidence of the participants toward becoming solution makers. Moreover, the applicant shall have the skills in coaching on business and simple project management skills. Ideal candidate Very good communication skills. Experience working with youth training programs. Problem solving and planning skills. Ability to use computer and Microsoft office (basic to intermediate level) Able to train and mentor with youth between 15-24 years old. وصف للأنشطة المحددة/البنود المرجعية تولي مسؤولية التخطيط والتدريب على دورات مهارات الحياة بما يتضمن مهارات تطوير الشخصية للشباب والشابات من عمر 15-24 والمهارات المتعلقة بإدارة الأعمال. ضمن المهام الرئيسية الأتية: إعداد خطة المادة بالتنسيق مع المشرف وتنفيذها بما يضمن معايير الجودة المتطلبة. إعداد تقارير وخطط عمل أسبوعية/شهرية بناءً على المعايير المطلوبة. التنسيق والعمل مع مدربي المواد الأخرى لتحسين الأداء وضمان سلاسة العمل بين الفرق المختلفة. إعداد أدوات التقييم وأوراق العمل بالإضافة الى خطط الأنشطة حسب الاتفاق مع المشرف. متابعة حضور الطلبة وتطور أدائهم التعليمي، بالإضافة لإعداد خطط دعم تساعد في رفع مستوى الطلبة. المساهمة في عملية الترويج لبرنامج الشباب من خلال استقطاب الطلبة والأنشطة المختلفة. تقديم الدعم والارشاد للطلبة أثناء تخطيطهم وتنفيذهم للمبادرات المجتمعية والمشاريع الربحية الصغيرة. المؤهلات المطلوبة المؤهلات: خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنتين في تيسير جلسات متخصصة في مهارات الحياة بما يتضمن تطوير المهارات الشخصية للمتدربين لزيادة ثقتهم بأنفسهم في إيجاد الحلول. بالإضافة على المتقدم للوظيفة أن يمتلك مهارة الارشاد في ادارة الاعمال والمشاريع. يعد العمل المسبق مع برنامج الشباب التابع للمجلس النرويجي للاجئين ميزة اضافية. الموظف المثالي يمتلك مهارات تواصل جيدة جداً. يمتلك مهارات التخطيط وحل المشكلات. خبرة في العمل في برامج تعليم الشباب. القدرة على استخدام الحاسوب والعمل على برامج Microsoft Office (مهارة متوسطة). القدرة على التدريب والتوجيه للشباب من كلا الجنسين للفئة العمرية بين 15-24 سنة.
